Thanks to the team at Sennheiser for such great help. Your earphones are great but your service is awesome. You are so helpful and your service has made me a fan of yours. Thanks a lot!

India, September 2018

I started a support request via your web interface. Immediately the next morning I got a call from one of the employees. I was in the car – so I couldn’t fall off my chair in surprise – which would have probably happened otherwise. Hats off for the great customer service!

Switzerland, July 2018

I have never before had such a high quality of technical support in terms of professionality, thoughtfulness and speed – and in caring about even the small secondary details to make my experience better. This is a quality I find is getting ever rarer, which is unfortunate. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Sweden, February 2019

The sound is amazing. The fit is comfortable and secure, the craftmanship is impeccable. From Queen, to Mozart, to The Pretty Reckless and J-Rock, I tested all kinds of music.
